Global training and development

The purpose of the trainings offered by Global Training and Development is to give our employees the opportunity to grow in their jobs and to support the growth of our customers. Global Training and Development is a vehicle for the global management team to engage everyone in our strategy, as well as to secure that we have the competence needed to reach our goals.
 
Our objective is to share knowledge and understanding of how we can maximize profitability and customer value. Global Training and Development offers both strategic trainings within Leadership and Project Management as well as more operational training with the purpose to inject a capability in our organization, for instance SQAP (Supplier Quality Assurance Plan) and Value Stream Mapping. We always strive to have the highest possible quality of our training programs to ensure to develop our employees in order to make a difference for our customers.
