We offer you a unique set of machining equipment with capability to process complete parts from 50 kg and up to 12 tons in various materials including stainless steel. The customers are primarily within the marine segment and PartnerTech Aerodyns produce complex high-end parts for ship propulsion systems e.g. blades and hubs and impellers but also parts for hydro power plants. PartnerTech Aerodyn is praised by its customers for high flexibility and short lead times.
The CAD/CAM technology from Unigraphics is used for preparation of designs prior to manufacturing.
In the production site 3, 4 and 5 axis milling and turning machines are used and the quality is verified by modern measuring methods including 3D laser.
