Tomra, a world-leading developer of systems for returning beverage containers, has asked PartnerTech to manufacture, assemble and distribute an additional group of its reverse vending machines. Scheduled for delivery in the spring of 2006, the first order is worth approximately 100 million kronor for PartnerTech.

Axis Communications has decided to cooperate with PartnerTech on its network cameras and video servers in Europe. The assignment includes lead-free production, final assembly, stock keeping and distribution. PartnerTech's plants in Vellinge, Sweden and Sieradz, Poland will handle the products.

PacketFront, a world-leading Swedish supplier of purpose-built and intelligent solutions for broadband networks, has now begun strategic cooperation with contract manufacturer PartnerTech. The two-year agreement is expected to be worth more than SEK 300 million to PartnerTech and covers the provision of materials, as well as production and distribution. The first deliveries are scheduled at the end of the year.

PartnerTech has opened its newly expanded plant (double the former capacity) in Sieradz, Poland. One of Europe's most cutting-edge facilities, its layout is adapted to the contract manufacture of integrated products in the way that customers throughout both the Nordic area and the rest of Europe are looking for.

Bofors Defence has chosen PartnerTech as a principal supplier for its newly developed Excalibur artillery grenade. As part of that arrangement, PartnerTech has just received a pilot series order worth some SEK 30 million over one year. Serial production is slated for 2008.

Revenue and Earnings Remain Stable
Net revenue rose to SEK 1,001.1 million (803.2).
The operating profit amounted to SEK 41.1 million (28.1).
The profit after tax was SEK 23.7 million (14.1).
Earnings per share after full income tax totaled SEK 2.00 (1.23).
PartnerTech acquired and took over KSH-Productor, a Finnish contract manufacturer, in June.

With some 180 employees, the acquired units generated revenue of approximately MEUR 22 in 2004. PartnerTech will take over the operations right away, and the acquisition is expected to boost its EPS immediately.

Covering one product initially, the agreement will potentially boost PartnerTech's revenue by better than 200 million kronor over three years. PartnerTech will be in charge of production, assembly and distribution to the end-customer. The first deliveries are scheduled for this autumn.
