PartnerTech AB, a leading contract manufacturer, and Electrolux Laundry Systems (ELS), a division of the Electrolux Group, are extending their cooperation with an agreement to provide control units for professional laundry solutions. PartnerTech has acquired a 100% stake in Th Kristiansen AS (Norway), further strengthening its presence in the Nordic market. Th Kristiansen AS is a contract manufacturer specializing in sheet metal working, development, production and distribution of complete systems and machinery.

Tomra, a world-leading developer of systems for returning beverage containers, has expanded its cooperation with PartnerTech by placing a new order worth approximately SEK 300 million and scheduled for delivery in 2006. As a result, PartnerTech will also be helping with Tomra's Logistima product group for large stores. The order includes production, assembly and distribution.
