Corporate governance

PartnerTech's corporate governance is based on Swedish legislation, primarily the Companies Act and its listing agreement with OMX Nordic Exchange. PartnerTech has complied with the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance since its amended version took effect on July 1, 2008.
